I'm Janice Ihechukwu. Business Development Strategist and founder of Aligned Legacy Innovations.
For 25 years, I've worked where people, experience, and change meet.
The Evolution
As a professional hair colorist, industry educator, and business development coach, I've worked closely with individuals who taught me the art of recognition. From a client who had a hair makeover, to a beauty professional who scaled their education, or a business owner who recognized their need for strategy in their business — everyone has a story worth seeing.
Over the years, I kept seeing the same thing. People had real skills from careers they never planned for. Wisdom from hard seasons that nearly crushed them. Expertise from responsibilities they didn't anticipate. But most of it stayed undocumented. Unstructured. Sometimes even unnoticed by the person who lived through it.
Today I help founders, leaders, and organizations see what they've built over the years by acknowledging, documenting, and most importantly scaling their life work into something tangible.
